The Cincinnati Tennis Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to using tennis and education as a vehicle to positively impact lives. Through its many programs, the Cincinnati Tennis Foundation welcomes and develops players of all ages.
Supported by community leaders and organizations, The Cincinnati Tennis Foundation continues to build its reputation as a leader in helping tennis grow in Cincinnati and across the nation.
The scholarship program was founded in 2001 and has helped kids receive over $5 million in athletic and academic scholarships at top universities.
With the cost to develop a player from 5 to 18 estimated at $385,000*, the scholarship program started awarding many players with financial aid, and the Foundation was born.
Today it has grown into a diverse philanthropic leader in the community. As a NJTL Chapter (2020), we are looking for even more ways to grow the game and give access to tennis to all individuals.
"My motto is: I’m alive, so that means I can do anything."
Using tennis and education as a vehicle to positively impact lives. Create a growth mindset and build character through sports and education.
We strive to make tennis available to all players, removing all barriers to access. We want to offer a safe place to learn and grow through the sport of tennis.
