Billing Terms and Conditions
The Cincinnati Tennis Academy program is billed monthly. When you sign up you will pay for the first month and you will be set up on auto pay for future months. You will be charged when you sign up, and, after, your credit card will be billed between the 1-5th of each month, after June 1, unless we have received a cancellation notification.
In order to cancel tennis for an upcoming month, you must email your cancellation notice to firstname.lastname@example.org with the Subject: Academy Cancellation by the 25th of the previous month.
